OUR BAJA YOGA FUSION WELLNESS RETREAT INCLUSIONS & VALUE

This all-inclusive HERIZEN™ Yoga for Women Wellness Retreat in Baja includes:

• 7 nights / 7 days shared accommodation in all natural cabin tents at Clarananda – an ocean front property. Awaken to the song of exotic birds and the sound of the Pacific ocean waves. 
• Transfers from Todos Santos to Clarananda and from Clarananda to Todos Santos.
• Three vibrant farm to table organic meals (March 13 to 18) per day including water, juices and tea– start your day with fresh orange juice from local trees and enjoy farm to table vegetarian meals during your stay. (we accomodate Vegan) snacks included.   Arrival day March 12th is dunner only and morning of departure is March 19th breakfast only.   One lunch on your own in Todos Santos.
•   1 Yoga classes per day (March 13 to March 19 ) including Meditation and Pranayama – Awaken &  Energize. 
•  1 Ayurveda Consultation:   discover the power of self healing through this ancient natural medicine.  
•  Introduction to the Heart of the Secret “The Power of Clarimizing.” Learn to visualize and create your ideal dream and the life you most love through playful exercises using the creative power of our verbal and mental focus to bring into our life what brings us JOY!
•  Learn a Natural Meditation Technique Experience the positive effect of sound and vibration as a way to calm the mind, settle the emotions, balance the body, and lift the Spirit.                 
•  Guided excursions to local local beaches – watch the whales breaching, surfing, boogie board or swimming, hike the hills & arroyos of the Sierra Laguna , visit Todos Santos, the magic town.    
• Turtle Release & Karma Yoga at our local turtle sactuary – volunteer to help with the Olive Ridley Turtle Release – when they are ready to be released.  We will monitor each day.
• 1 Hour Horse Back Riding via valley, hills and ocean – wonderful gentle horses.
• 1 Mexican Cooking class  learn the secret to local Mexican dishes and enjoy the lunch
• Sacred Goddess Puja and evening Satsang.  Gather around the outdoor evening fire with other like minded women to celebrate the Shakti Divine Feminine and the Goddess within.
•  Sacred Cacao Ceremony Full Moon Ceremony
